The Founders, Organizers and Management of Condo Forum must be complimented for having this Forum where people can share their knowledge with others or ask questions for the benefit of all viewers.

Unfortunately participation in discussion has been drastically reduced to a tickle lately. I think the main cause is Non-Registered people are not allowed to post a topic. This was, possibly done to stop spasms and abuses. However, there is need to weigh positive and negative effects.

The significant reduction in participation of discussion or lack of participation in discussion is a great set back to the success of this Forum. On the other hand if there is an open door policy to allow all, registered or unregistered, participation in discussion may go up 10-fold or more and that will benefit readers 10-fold or more. However there is a risk of spasms and abuses that may place the burden of liability on the Organizers and Management of this Forum.

"How about if the Organizers and Management post a declaration that "opinions expressed in this Forum are strictly the opinions of posters. Organizers and Management of this Forum do not support or agree with the opinions posted by posters and do not accept responsibility or liability for such inappropriate postings."

Also, if anyone is offended by a posting, he/she should be free to respond.

Management should have a right to delete or edit any posting that may look abusive. However, let the Forum be a free place for all to discuss condo-related topics.

Would like to hear from other readers, their opinion on this topic.

I agree, something needs to be done to get more people interested.
